BOYLE OVER

Frankie Boyle under fire over vile jokes in Channel 4 show

FRANKIE Boyle has come under fire for making vile jokes about the Queen in a Channel 4 ‘anti-monarchy’ show.

Aired just days before the King’s Coronation, the controversial comic made a gag about bottling the Royals with a petrol bomb.

He also joked about the Queen's death and Prince Andrew's bedroom.

Introducing the show, Frankie insisted it was time to "say goodbye to the monarchy".

But his gags fell flat for many viewers who were furious it had been aired by Channel 4.

"Absolutely vile and shame on Channel 4 for giving him airtime," said one.

Another claimed: "Boyle is the stain on Scotland, he needs to be cancelled."

Someone else said: "Lowlights from Frankie Boyle... What an awful, vile man..."

Another asked: "Channel 4 Frankie Boyle ‘comedy’ suggesting petrol bombing at the Coronation... Is Terrorism funny when a leftist says it?"

A viewer added: "It’s amazing that Frankie Boyle is still going. And Channel 4… it used to have brilliant programming."
