Masterchef’s Gregg Wallace stunned after contestant suffers ultimate kitchen fail

GREGG Wallace was left stunned during tonight's episode of Masterchef when contestant Linda suffered a kitchen fail.

Linda was attempting to make mozzarella arancini with a red sauce on Thursday night's Masterchef when presenter Gregg, 58, stopped to chat.

He was quick to compliment Linda, telling her: "Everyone else is stressed and you're having the time of your life."

But things quickly turned for the budding chef as she accidentally knocked her pot of red sauce off of the hob and straight onto the floor.

Laughing, Linda told Gregg: "That's your fault!"

But, despite having to rinse her arm with cold water after being scolded by the hot sauce, she ensured him it was ok as there was still enough sauce in the pan to serve.

Later, when tasting Linda's dish, Gregg told her: "I like the face that you carried on despite the fact of spending a pot of red hot sauce over your arm."

Viewers took to social media to comment on the shocking moment, with one agreeing with Linda and writing: "That was his fault!"

Another joked: "I'm amazed Gregg's not caused any other accidents over the years with his shouting."
