LOVE Island bosses are racing to get the iconic telly villa ready just weeks before the new cast arrive for the show's summer launch.

Photos reveal the ITV2 hit show's crew are beavering away at the sprawling pad in Majorca.

The aerial photos show building works are in full swing at the Spanish property to transform it into a neon paradise for the sexy singletons.

Tractors and trucks can be seen transporting pieces of set, and temporary site offices are in place in containers dotted around the site.

With just six weeks to go before the rumoured June 5 start date, there is not yet any sign of the villa fire pit where regular dumpings and drama takes place.

The pool is also missing any decking and the garden is lacking sunloungers, beanbags and Love Island's trademark neon decor.

The winter version of the hit ITV2 reality series may be over but viewers haven't got long to wait for the summer season to kick off.

And the villa will look completely different when the works are completed.

Last year, the swanky home boasted the biggest kitchen ever, a brand new beach hut chair and a funky new bedroom where the action will (hopefully) happen.

The show's famous outdoor kitchen returned with an L-shaped white island where Islanders would linger for a morning chat around granite coloured built-in units and drawers.

The whole thing was set on wooden decking, overlooking a seating area and the rolling hills.

Stunning TV presenter Maya Jama will host the summer show in Majorca for the first time since replacing Laura Whitmore.

Viewers were left completely bowled over by Maya's show debut in January – and the amount of times she was seen on screen.

The new host appeared in the villa twice in one episode and fans couldn’t resist joking that it was already more times than Laura Whitmore visited.
