CAROL Vorderman will take on the first terrifying trial when I'm a Celebrity South Africa kicks off tonight.
The I'm a Celeb All Stars spin-off saw some of the show's most iconic campmates fly to South Africa last year to shoot the pre-recorded series.
Tonight fans will see Carol, 61, quite literally thrown in at the deep end when she drops 50m over the side of a mountain.
Looking on in horror as presenter Carol prepares to take the plunge, Jordan Banjo tells Amir Khan: "I feel scared for her."
Just before stepping off the platform, Carol shouts: "Hello Africa, I love you."
And a nervous-looking Jordan, 30, screams as the former Countdown host makes her move.

Jordan and boxer Amir, 36, will also face the drop. At the bottom each of them must find a code which they'll need to use to unlock padlocks back at the top.
It seems Carol will also be involved in the first jungle bust-up of the series after it was reported she and Janice Dickinson clashed over their views of the royal family.
An insider told : "It was a really explosive bust-up… Janice was effing and blinding.
"Janice can be quite abrasive and things got very heated.

"She said Carol’s views were old-fashioned and dated while Carol hit back that Janice was crass and obnoxious.
"She and Carol are both strong women with strong opinions. It was a personality clash that was bound to explode."
As there is no viewer vote, the celebrities went head to head with each other to stay in the show.
And in an exclusive interview with The Sun's TV Mag, Carol, 62, admitted there wasn’t a lot of love lost between her and campmate Janice.
She said: “Well, let’s be honest, if I had got on brilliantly with Janice Dickinson, I’d probably be the first person who ever had!”
