Helen, 32, now a mum of three is set to give jungle life a go for the second time.

Yet her I'm A Celebrity debut isn't far from the soap star's mind.

"I’d watched a few episodes but I didn’t watch it in detail. I was only just YouTubing things when I was on my plane, then I was thinking, ‘It won’t be that bad."

She added: "I was horrified.

"I’ll never forget it. When I arrived at the camp there were rats everywhere.

"I’d never seen a rat. I was just absolutely thrown. I felt sick. I was so scared. I was just horrified by everything."

Helen was previously branded the "worst culprit" for bottling trials by former I'm A Celeb star Charlie Brooks.

The actress told GMB: "Helen! As lovely as she is there were a few times where I saw it and she just didn't even get into it."

Meanwhile, looking ahead, Helen previously shared behind the scenes snaps ahead of the spin-off series starting on Monday.

Helen also revealed the sweet messages she wrote to her kids before she left to film the All Stars version.

Yet things might not be any better for the star, after it was revealed she will face a "horrifying" lack of privacy in camp.

Though she looked to excel as she tackled the first terrifying trial.

ITV has promised "bigger and tougher challenges" in the "harsher" environment of the South African outback.

With no public vote, the stars will be competing against each other to be crowned the first ever "I'm A Celebrity Legend".
