X Factor star Honey G opens up about her sexy new look saying ‘no one recognises me after weight loss transformation’

HONEY G has opened up about how her incredible weight loss has inspired her to dress more sexily.

The 42-year-old X Factor star - real name Anna Georgette Gilford - recently shed two stone and it's done wonders for her confidence.

She said: "After my weight loss, I've been more inspired to dress in clothes that make me feel more attractive, a bit more sexy, a bit more tight-fitting.

"But listen, I can wear whatever I want. If I want to wear a dress, I can, if I want to wear a bomber jacket, I can."

Honey G added to the : "I'm not really bothered about what put on it's more about how I feel on that day, but I do have a lot more confidence now in dressing in something more tightly-fitted."

The rapper confessed she was also advised by her manager to dress in skirts rather than tracksuits to avoid being recognised by fans.

She recently opened up about how she lost the weight, telling fans: "Been hitting the gym a lot recently with Strength and high resistance training. It’s helped me to completely change my shape and given me body confidence as a result."

However, despite improving her health and wellness, she admitted in it had come at a cost for her public image.

She confessed that her new figure has meant that many fans no longer recognise the star when she is out and about.

She added: "That's why not a lot of people recognise me in the street anymore, it says online I'm unrecognisable which is true."
