A PLACE in the Sun's Scarlette Douglas has been flooded with support after she revealed a painful injury.
The TV presenter, 36, has been left in agony after she tore one of her calf/achilles while at football training.
Scarlette told her concerned fans that she needs to have an MRI to determine the extent of her injury.
Recalling how she sustained the incident, she said: "The minute I felt my calf ping, like an elastic band, I took my weight off it, got home and iced it.
"Remember if you ever injure yourself RICE = Rest, Ice, Compress and Elevate."
Douglas is currently in training after she was announced as one the celebs taking part in this year's Soccer Aid.

Despite the setback, she isn't giving up, as she insisted to followers: "As far as I’m concerned it’s a minor setback for a major comeback."
Taking to the comments section, one said: "I feel your pain! Thanks for sharing and wishing you a speedy recovery too!"
A second wrote: "Ah no Scarlette, rest up and hope you feel better soon."
"Sending so many hugs, look after yourself and you'll come back even stronger no doubt," said a third.

She previously posted from hospital after the painful injury occurred while being checked over by medics.
