Britain’s Got Talent judges fuel feud rumours as panel hit out at Bruno Tonioli

THE Britain's Got Talent judges had fuelled feud rumours after hitting out about new judge Bruno Tonioli.

The upcoming series of Britain's Got Talent will see Bruno, 67, join judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden.

However, the new line-up proved to have a tricky start, as they were rocked with feud rumours following rows over pay.

Amanda, 51, and Alesha, 44, previously held back against signing their ITV contracts after newcomer Bruno's salary matched their own.

And despite the stars insisting there was no bad blood, it hasn't stopped fans from speculating there's friction on the panel.

Now, the judges have further fuelled rumours after hitting out against new judge Bruno, as they joked about his "intelligence".

Sitting down ahead of this weekend's new series launch show, the panel hit out at the former BBC star.

Long term judge Amanda joked about Bruno's first days on the job: "I was surprised about how intelligent he was."

To which head judge Simon jibed back: "I second that."

It comes after Amanda broke her silence on feud rumours, insisting that she's loved working with "bonkers" Bruno.

The TV star said there is no bad blood between her and the dancer and praised him for being a great "addition" to the panel.

Amanda, who spoke to The Sun at Superdrug Presents 2023, said the former Strictly star had "great energy" and was "absolutely bonkers".

She said: "It's really surprising as he's bilingual in about three languages, so he spoke to people in their native tongue when they came on stage."

Speaking about the wealth of experience he'll be bringing to the show, Amanda continued: "He knows about art, he knows loads about singing, he knows loads about dancing.

"He's been in showbiz for 97 years, he's a real authority. He was a good addition to the show, he was fun, really fun."

It followed on from Amanda hitting out that Bruno had "broken so many rules" on the set of the TV show.

While elsewhere, Alesha hinted at a feud behind the scenes as she admitted it was "strange" to film with Bruno.

Appearing on Saturday Kitchen, Alesha said: ";Being the family that we were for 10 years, it felt strange at the beginning, it’s like a new normal, a new energy."

She also threw shade at Bruno for being "exhausting" as she appeared on Capital Radio to talk about the new series.
