RISE and Fall’s Grafters have just hours left to try and win the Channel 4’s huge prize fund but will first be forced to face the show’s most revolting task.
Host Greg James has declared the challenge the “worst ever by a long way” as the contestants take their last chance to boost the cash pot.
On tonight’s episode the Grafters will work as pot washers in a restaurant kitchen - but can only use their own tongues to lick the plates clean.
They will have to handle dishes starting with soup, followed by a fish course and a main.
If the plates are clean enough, they’ll add more money to the prize fund.
The Grafter who licks the most plates will instantly rise to become a Ruler and snatch the last place in tomorrow’s final.

Greg told The Sun: “The worst task for the Grafters has been the licking of the plates by a long way.
“I thought eating the cat and dog food was the worst and that is bad.
“But the plates had sort of fishy smears on and it was absolutely disgusting. By far the worst one."
Greg likened the challenge to the grim eating trials on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

He added: “I think it’s the people gagging."
"Work Shifts have generally been the funniest bits, where the Rulers put the Grafters to work to raise money for the prize fund.
“They’ve been throwing stuff around, or they have to eat weird things and that is good chaos.
"They’ve been really nice, light relief because at the end of the day it is an entertainment show."
Rise and Fall ends tomorrow night at 10pm on Channel 4 with an explosive finale.
