A HUGE Netflix star has risked the wrath of show bosses after slamming the new series of Sex/Life.
Season two of dropped on Netflix last month but one person who isn't a fan is star of the show Sarah Shahi.
Sarah, 43, plays Billie Mann Connelly has branded the latest episodes "very gimmicky" and insisted it was difficult to shoot at times.
She said: "I definitely did not have the support that I did in the first season from the people involved in the show. It became a much different thing for me — and I’m not afraid to say that."
Sarah's real-life boyfriend Adam Demos is also in the show and plays her on-screen ex Brad Simon.
But she's hit out at Adam's lack of screen time the second time around.
Appearing on Amanda Hirsch's podcast , Sarah continued: "I really liked our stories and I like working with him.
"He was a brilliant scene partner. [In Season 2,] I was working so much and he was working so little. He’s, like, in 60 seconds of the entire thing. I never saw him."
Insisting it was "hard to get behind" some of the moments from the new series, she said: " I’m not always gonna get along or agree with a filmmaker.
"I’m not always gonna like what I have to do or say. But that’s my job, to make it believable."
And, acknowledging that she was potentially burning bridges, Sarah added: "I’m never gonna work for Netflix again now after saying all this. But I can't lie."
Sex/Life tells the story of Billie, a dissatisfied housewife fantasising about life with her past hot lover Brad.
It's inspired by the book 44 Chapters About 4 Men by BB Easton.
