Love Island stars’ changing faces – from star who spent £40k on surgery before show to bombshell’s £4k Turkey teeth
EVERY summer (and sometimes winter), the Love Island cast provide us with drama and laughs as they try and find love.
As they enter the villa, the sexy singletons always make sure they look their absolute best, with many having had cosmetic surgery, Botox and filler ahead of their TV stint, looking drastically different from their pre-fame days.
But there are quite a few who change their face once they become rich and famous too.
We reveal some of the biggest Love Island transformations over the years…
Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu
Eighth series winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu entered the villa with new teeth and a £1,200 filler makeover.
She revealed in her Instagram highlights section she went to Dental Design in Antalya, Turkey, for her £4,000 veneers.

In a Q&A after the procedure, the beauty explained she had 10 teeth done at the top and 11 at the bottom.
In another video from a Cheshire clinic, the former soap actress was also seen having cheek, tear trough and jaw line augmentation.
A video posted to TikTok showed Ekin-Su sitting in the treatment chair, as needles are inserted across her face.
"Oh my god! How have you done this?" she exclaims looking at the results. "My face looks smaller as well. Oh my god."

However, since winning Love Island and watching herself back, Ekin-Su has said she’s getting her lip filler dissolved.
“I didn't like the fake look," she told .
Laura Anderson
When Laura Anderson appeared on Love Island in 2018, throwback pictures of her emerged, looking very different to what she did in the villa.
And her face has changed even more now, leading many fans to question whether she’s had Botox or fillers.
But Laura has denied undergoing surgery.
When fans called her “unrecognisable,” she hit back claiming she’d had a face peel that had left her face swollen.
She said: "Guys please stop commenting on my face, I got a face peel which is all I’ve been talking about on my story.
"My face swelled up, a girl still has to work."
Molly Smith
Molly Smith was on the first winter Love Island series, back in 2020 - and is still dating Callum Jones, who she met in Casa Amor.
Whilst she was in the villa, old pictures of her emerged where she looked unrecognisable.
While she’s only ever confessed to having a breast enlargement, Molly looked like she had thinner lips.
She also had very different hair and wore less fake tan.
Luca Bish
When Luca Bish entered the Love Island villa last year, he was very open about his Turkey teeth.
And a video emerged of him detailing his journey to Turkey to get the veneers, looking very different.
In the clip, he sports long hair which he ties back into a ponytail, and the fishmonger opts for the full works, getting 20 porcelain caps applied to his teeth.
Luca later shows off the gleaming results and looks worlds away from his time on Love Island.
Megan Barton-Hanson
There’s no denying Megan Barton-Hanson has had one of the biggest Love Island transformations of all time.
Even before she entered the villa in 2018, she had spent £40,000 on cosmetic surgery to improve her confidence.
This included filler and having her ears pinned back.
But she now looks even more different, having slapped on the fake tan, got extensions and experimented with her hair colour.
However, in January 2022, Megan said she was quitting cosmetic surgery, and is finally happy with herself.
Ellie Brown
Ellie Brown went on Love Island in 2018 and looked so different before entering the villa, having apparently had over £7,000 worth of surgery before the show.
According to her doctor she had lip fillers, a nose job and cheek bone fillers.
Since the show, her face has changed even more, thanks to her getting new teeth in December 2022, and even NECK liposuction in August last year.
Mary Bedford
Ellie’s housemate Mary Bedford also looks worlds away from her pre-Love Island days now.
She admitted to undergoing a brow lift Botox procedure, as well as getting lip filler before the show.
Speaking about the lift, Mary previously shared: "If you’ve got an insecurity you’re best off getting it fixed, there’s no point going through life insecure."
She also had 0.5ml of filler pumped into her lips, as well as Invisalign treatment due to insecurities around her teeth.
And in January last year, Mary visited a celebrity dentist Dr Bilal Arshad to have her teeth turned into the "perfect smile,” with some veneers.
Maura Higgins
As soon as Maura Higgins walked into the Love Island villa in 2019, she became a star thanks to her stunning, model looks.
But pictures of her emerged looking very different, with much thinner lips than the plumped up pout she has had since then.
However, her mum Sharon insisted that all she’s had is lip filler.
Speaking to the , her mum said: "She's 28 now. She has matured. She never got plastic surgery ever.
“The only thing she ever got done - and she never hid it, she had it up on her own Instagram - was she got some lip filler. Because she had quite thin lips."
Faye Winter
Faye Winter, who went on Love Island in 2021, is probably one of the only stars who's had a make-under.
She has always been open about the work she’s had done, and often jokes about not being able to move her face because of Botox.
She became known for her plump brown lips, but she’s admitted she's since had her filler taken out.
She told The Sun: “It's no secret about my lips. I had my lips dissolved and then refilled with a new technique so it's allowed my lips to look bigger with less filler.
"My Botox had gone wrong and both of my eyebrows had dropped.
"However, I've had that fixed. My eyebrows are now where they should be and I'm wrinkle-free on my forehead. And my lips are perfectly ideal."
She also revealed she has no plans to get any more filler in the future.
Olivia Attwood
2017 Love Island star Olivia Attwood is another one who’s always been open about her love of cosmetic surgery, and has said she’s been having filler “for years”.
She’s even posted her own throwbacks from before she was famous to show off the difference in her face.
Over the years, she has had lip filler, filler under her eyes and a £2.5k chin liposuction and contouring procedure.
Before she entered the I’m A Celebrity jungle last year, she shelled out thousands of pounds on beauty treatments, which included Botox.
Eve and Jess Gale
Identical twins Jess and Eve Gale went into the Love Island villa in 2020, with bright blonde hair and plumped up lips.
They looked very different to pictures from 2015, in which they had thinner lips, brown hair and a lot less make-up.

But since the show, they’ve changed even more and have continued to get fillers and Botox.
Last year, Jess shared a video of herself getting temple filler to lift her brows, cheek filler for “that snatched look” and anti-wrinkle injections.
