FIRST Dates star Laura Tott has revealed she is pregnant with her first baby.

The TV waitress shared her happy news with fans in a video on Instagram today.

Her video included precious moments from Laura's pregnancy journey.

James Arthur's Heartbeat played over the top.

The waitress-turned-paramedic captioned the montage: "Our best adventure yet…"

She has kept her other half's identity a secret, but friends and fans were quick to congratulate them both.

Laura revealed she was engaged to her long-term boyfriend in June last year.
