Kerry Katona says her legs are like tree trunks and she ‘feels sick’ looking in the mirror after hitting 13st
KERRY Katona has opened up about feeling 'sick' about her body after taking part in a nude therapy class as part of a brand new TV experiment.
The 42 year old TV star discussed how being forced to stare at her body in a mirror left her comparing her legs to "tree trunks".
Kerry made the confession to New magazine ahead of appearing in E4's extreme new detox show The Big Celebrity Detox, whose cast includes which include Love Island's Toby Aromolaran and the late Queen's cousin Princess Olga.
Discussing, partaking in the nude therapy session, which saw the celebs strip off and meditate while looking at their body in the mirror, Kerry told the publication it was "awful", made even worse following her 3st weight gain.
She said: "Even now, I look in the mirror and feel sick. I had surgery two years ago and went straight into work.
"I should never have done it and its f***ed my body up.

"My legs are like tree trunks - they're so swollen, so sore. So it's about learning to accept your body changing."
The former Atomic Kitten popstar jokingly added: "I'm like a flat pack from IKEA, I've been sliced and diced that much. I need instructions!"
Kerry also detailed how moving back up to the North after living down South for 12 years took its toll on her body after she fell out of routines she had set herself to keep fit and healthy in shape.
The blonde beauty added: "I lived down south for 12 years, and I had my routine.

"I'm struggling with learning to love myself again, growing older and my body changing."
Kerry confirmed she signed up to E4's testing new show in order to build up her confidence and to shed herself of a "mental blockage" she had found herself in.
The star also admitted that some of the tasks on the show were less than pleasant - including one which saw her drink her own urine.
Speaking about the bizarre health treatment, Kerry called the moment "unsexy" and joked about a very graphic sex act.
She said: "My skin felt nice when I put it on my face, but it isn’t the same unless it’s in a sexy way."
The Sun previously revealed a number of stars who had signed up to join the show alongside TV legend Kerry.
We exclusively confirmed that presenter Martin Roberts and reality star David Potts would be among those trying out the extreme detox retreat.
Too Hot To Handle's Chloe Veitch and kickboxer Michael Page are also doing the show, which we revealed Megan Barton Hanson quit after two days of filming.
