CAROL Vorderman flashed her toned abs in a crop top as she worked up a sweat in the gym.

The TV presenter once again took to her social media as she gave her fans a tease of her workout routine.

Carol, 62, posted a short video clip of her doing side plank dips whilst leaning on a grey gym mat.

The media personality leaned on a grey mat while she flaunted her incredible figure.

She flashed her toned midriff as she donned a navy crop top whilst also opting for skin tight blue leggings with cut out panels.

The star also opted for bright blue, pink and lime green trainers as she completed her exercises.

She captioned the video: "Last bit of the last set of the hour ... give my all."

And she wrote: "See you squirly early," before tagging personal trainer to the stars Mel Deane.

This comes after it was revealed she will compete in the first All Stars edition of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!

Called I'm A Celebrity... South Africa, this brand new series brings together nine past jungle legends and is even taking place in a different camp.

Unlike the the original version of the show, this new series has already been pre-recorded, and was actually filmed in November 2022.

Also, instead of heading Down Under the show was filmed in Kruger National Park, South Africa where the Aussie version of the show is shot.

The show will kick off at the end of April 2023 with nine former I'm A Celebrity stars taking part.

Carol signed up to give the show another shot after featuring in season 16 alongside Jordan Banjo.

Carol shot to fame on Countdown and has since become an Instagram sensation, with her constant stream of sexy selfies.

A source told The Sun: “Carol was always top of producers’ wishlist; in some ways she was the perfect campmate.

“She was funny, outspoken and intelligent and let’s just say she gave the younger girls a run for their money in the jungle shower.

“Her flirtations with Joel [Dommett] were one of the big talking points of the series so signing up Carol for All Stars looks like a no brainer.”
