LAURA Hamilton has shared the results of trying to keep up with her kids by showing off a rather nasty bruise and swollen knee after a roller skating accident.
The 40-year-old took to Instagram the night before to tell her followers that she'd be taking her kids to a roller skating disco.
However, the following day the A Place in the Sun presenter shared a “disaster” update.
Posting to her Instagram Stories, she cuddled up to her daughter, Tahlia, seven, as she explained what happened.
"Last night you will have seen from my stories that I decided to take the children to a roller disco," she began. "Well that was interesting..."
"I'll show you my knee and what happened because, well, it's quite black and green and,"

Tahlia hilariously then jumped in to add that her mum’s knee had also gone purple, to which Laura replied: "Yeah, it's pretty bad isn't it.
"Mummy fell over and made a fool of herself, which is standard really."
Laura is currently in Spain with her two children, Rocco, nine, and Tahlia, where she teased she’s filming something new that isn’t to do with her Channel 4 show, A Place In The Sun.
She told her fans: “We've flown to Spain because I am filming something new and exciting. It's not A Place In The Sun but it's A Place In The Sun related.

"You may have seen the other presenters out and about, filming something slightly different and it's my turn over the next few days.
"Super grateful to have my little people with me and we're going to have some fun in the sun aren't we?"
Laura then shared a photo of her badly bruised knee, adding the caption: "Roller disco disaster!
"Swollen knee and the bruising is coming out!" she wrote, adding a series of laughing face emojis.
Earlier this month Laura was forced to reassure A Place in the Sun viewers that the show would be coming back after it disappeared from TV schedules.
The beloved Channel 4 programme has been on air for the past 23 years and has built up a loyal audience.
But the show hasn't been found in the schedules for the last number of weeks - leaving fans fuming.
Taking to social media, the 40-year-old said: "Lots of people have been asking me when @aplaceinthesunofficial will be back on screen...
"It's coming... we are filming lots more episodes AND something new and exciting is coming too..."
She then revealed new episodes will begin from May 1st.

The show is hosted by Kevin Duala, who leads a team of three as they take on DIY projects that have gone wrong.
