WEARING a red suit to appear on BBC Breakfast, The Apprentice winner Marnie Swindells looked every inch a boss lady.

But unfortunately for Marnie, 28, her suit was the same colour as the sofa on the BBC news programme and viewers were quick to notice her fashion mishap during her interview with BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty.

Taking to Twitter, Marnie was ridiculed for her poor choice of outfit. So much so, one viewer wrote: "Perfect camouflage with the sofa."

While another penned: "Why didn't they pre-warn this woman that she would be sat on a red sofa."

A third said: "She blends in well with the sofa."

Marnie was announced as the winner of the show and secured an investment of £250,000 from Lord Alan Sugar for her boxing gym business.
