FIRST Dates' Cici Coleman has revealed her incredible body transformation in before and after bikini shots.
The star took to Instagram to show off her trim figure after managing to shift extra fat she had put on last year.
Cici revealed she had cut fat and then piled on muscle so she weighed the same on the scales - but had lost inches around her body.
She revealed her toned stomach, thighs and arms after months of hitting the gym.
The beauty told fans: "Weight training doesn’t make you bulk if done correctly.
"The pics in this reel are my journey from 5 x group exercise classes weekly, and no consideration for what I was eating, to 3 x weight training sessions a week, prioritising sleep and mindful eating.

"The shift really wasn’t that extravagant; I just got a coach to show me how to train more effectively to get the results I wanted.
"I train less now but with more intensity. I still eat cookies, but I also fuel my body with a higher-protein diet.
"If you aren’t getting the desired results, maybe you need to look at how you are training."
Cici then offered her services as a personal trainer to fans saying they could hire her.

Cici has been a firm favourite on First Dates since 2015.
She recently said that she doesn't enjoy when men flirt with her on the Channel 4 show, saying it made her feel "embarrassed and vulnerable" and it signalled "red flags".
The online coach said: "Years ago, a guy asked for my number and I got really embarrassed as I wasn't prepared.
"I was sat outside afterwards and I saw this guy walking towards me who I had just served."
"He asked for my number and I went bight red and I was like 'No, I'm the one who is in control here," she told the .
"Don't make me feel vulnerable'. So, it was a little bit awkward."

Cici explained that she understands that some people may say something "silly" or flirty when they are nervous - but said she always tried to be "respectful" in those situations.
"But I will always try and support the date and stand back and let that date happen, without trying to put anyone off," she added.
