Huge Hollywood star angrily sacks staff on blockbuster movie with Cameron Diaz
CAMERON Diaz’s first movie in nine years is in chaos thanks to a meltdown by co-star Jamie Foxx.
Insiders say Oscar winner Jamie, 55, has thrown a strop over production issues and that has led to four people being sacked.
Back In Action, which is being filmed in London, is the first movie that Cameron, 50, is working on since Annie in 2014.
But the Shrek star’s return is not going smoothly due to Jamie.
A source said: “There have been some issues on set and Jamie has had a major meltdown over it all.
“He demanded the problems be sorted immediately and sacked four of the production staff — as if that would magically improve the situation.”

Those axed are an executive producer, an assistant director and a unit director — as well as Jamie’s driver.
The source added: “Some people working on it are totally fed up with how this has played out and Jamie has become pretty unpopular.”
Jamie, who won the Best Actor Oscar in 2005 for Ray, and Cameron have been filming since December — with a major explosion stunt being shot on the Thames.
It is their third time working together after Annie and Any Given Sunday in 1999.

Cameron had said she was retiring in 2018 to focus on family life with hubby, Benji Madden, 44 — and they had a daughter via surrogate in 2019.
Jamie announced he had managed to bring Cameron on board last June.
In a phone chat, that was released online, she said: “Jamie Foxx, only you could get me back in action. I can’t frickin wait it’s gonna be a blast!”
