EASTENDERS star Ellie Dadd has celebrated her 18th birthday in style - and she couldn't look more different to her character.
The teenage actress plays Amy Mitchell in the BBC One soap and is usually seen with her hair scraped back into a ponytail and with two tendrils framing her face.
Ellie also wears barely-there makeup when playing the daughter of Jack Branning and the late Roxy Mitchell.
But with a huge milestone to celebrate, the former Silent Witness star has glammed up to mark her special day.
In a new Instagram video, Ellie can be seen gazing at the camera with a gorgeous blow dry and dramatic smokey eye makeup.
She is wearing an off-the-shoulder dress in the footage, which she captioned then with: "Birthday girl."

Ellie also added a 'birthday cake and candles' emoji for good measure.
The teenager has starred on screen in EastEnders since August 2022.
Her character Amy has been played by five different actresses since her birth in 2008, with Ellie taking over from Abbie Burke.
Abbie had joined the soap as Amy in 2014 but was last seen in Albert Square in June.

Soap bosses said the decision for a re-cast of Amy came as more 'adult' storylines were planned for the character.
A spokesperson for EastEnders said at the time: "It is not unusual in continuing drama to recast young actors as children take on more challenging adult storylines.
"We wish Abbie all the best for the future."
