Channel 4 comedy favourite making return for King’s coronation
THE Windsors are returning to Channel 4 for a Coronation special.
The King (Harry Enfield), wants an epic day but Prince William (Hugh Skinner) hopes to have it scaled back to reflect the cost-of-living crisis, sparking another family row.
It airs close to the real May 6 event.
The Windsors is a comedy soap-opera inspired sitcom on an imagined life inside the Royal Family.
While the plot is often based around real-life events and landmark occasions in the household, the absurdist comedy puts their own twist on the family's life.
Other famous faces - including Donald Trump and Theresa May - also haven't been safe from the parody send-up.
