LOVE Island fans spotted the moment that Olivia exposed the show as "fake" on last night's Aftersun.
Olivia, 27, who was booted off the show with Maxwell Samuda, 23, revealed that one of the clips during Movie Night was edited to give the impression that the girls were annoyed with her.
During Movie Night, the actress was seen commenting on the other couples and accused her pal Claudia Fogarty of forgiving Casey O’Gorman "way too quickly".
She also predicted that Samie Elishi would "sweep things over" with Tom Clare after he was seen in bed with another girl.
The girls appeared shocked by the revelation and Samie looked unimpressed that her pal was gossiping behind her back.
However, Olivia has now revealed that she had a conversation hours before Movie Night, telling the girls that she thought they had forgiven the boys too quickly.
She added that Samie's surprised reaction was not in response to that clip and was edited to make it look like it was.
Host Maya Jama asked her: "Is there anything looking back that you would have done differently? Are you happy with the journey?"
Olivia said: "I feel like I stayed true to myself all the way through.
"For example on movie night none of the girls reacted because I told them previously that day that they forgave the boys way too quickly...yeah, so I wouldn't do anything differently."
Maya then asked: "So that was all discussed before," to which Olivia replied: "Yes, it was all discussed before because I think the reaction to Samie wasn't to that clip."
The presenter quickly stepped in to cut her off.
Maya playfully shushed her in a bid to stop Olivia spilling any more behind-the-scenes secrets.
Elsewhere in the interview, Olivia admitted she was a 'hypocrite' in the villa.
Viewers watched as Olivia had demanded an apology from Kai at the time.
Olivia has now said she's a "hypocrite" as she also brought back Maxwell.
"Let me just say I've watched that clip back and I put my hands up I'm such a hypocrite.
"No honestly, I do, I put my hands up that was hypocritical of me."
They were dumped from the ITV2 show as they were voted the least compatible couple by the public.
Since their eviction, the finance student is already planning his first date with the aspiring actress.
He also hinted that their may be serious, as he revealed the pair want to meet each other's families as soon as possible.
He told ITV: "We’ve talked about our first date. We had a date in the villa but we’ve been discussing what we might like to do outside and when we can do it.
"We also want to meet each other's friends and families."
He added: "I am definitely the one that is planning it, I was thinking maybe a nice little sushi spot and some drinks."
