A PLACE In The Sun's Scarlette Douglas has shown off a red hot new look at a day of transformation in the hair salon.
The I'm A Celeb star and Channel 4 favourite hit the hairdressers for a new look, and shared the process on her Instagram.
In a video set to Jaylene Clark Owens's spoken word piece 'A Black Girl And Her Switch Up', Scarlette tracked her makeover from the shampoo through to the final finish.
"I used to change my hair allll the time but I’ve not done anything drastic for a while, so I headed to [House Of Hair] for a complete new look and I absolutely love it!!!" she wrote.
"Thanks Sunmi and [Ayanda Soares] for making me look a million."
Scarlette, who has natural dark brown afro curls, opted for a new cherry red look, which was later straightened and cut into a bob.

She also shared a montage of pictures showing the different hairstyles she's had through the years, which during her I'm A Celeb stint included braids.
Fans adored the hair transformation and praised her in the comments.
One fan joked: "Looks luxurious My favourite colour I would love to do it I’m just scared of the roots regrowth. My hair's black with hardly any grey I think the shock of the dye might turn it grey."
Scarlette cheekily replied: "Then don't take the risk!"

"Always beautiful whatever hair colour and style," added another, while a third said: "You are simply gorgeous."
"You never fail to amaze! Stunning loving that colour & style," added a fourth.
Scarlette's new 'do comes after her former I'm A Celeb campmate Boy George revealed he had written her a song to put forward for Eurovision, but never heard back.
The star had previously been a back-up performer for 2015 hopeful Electro Velvet, and had openly discussed wanting George to create something for her.
But speaking on Good Morning Britain last week, Culture Club singer George said he hadn't heard from her.
"I wrote this thing called 'World of Compassion' because I thought it'd be a good message but she never called me back," he said. "So basically, she said it in the papers and I was like 'Okay, it's not gonna happen if you don't call me' so yeah.
"I mean, I have this already so if she wants a song she can call me. Cheers."
