EastEnders’ Jessie Wallace breaks silence on engagement as she poses with new fiance
EASTENDERS star Jessie Wallace has broken her silence on her engagement.
It comes after The Sun revealed the actress, 51, who plays Kat Slater in the BBC soap, got engaged last week and is set to wed for the first time.
The soap star shared a selfie of herself with fiance Justin Gallwey, 50, on Instagram.
Jessie was all smiles as she placed her hand on the carpenter's chest.
She captioned the post: "My fiancé and moi."
Her EastEnders co-stars rushed to the comments section to share the love.

Stacey Slater star Lacey Turner wrote: "❤️❤️."
Emma Barton, who plays Honey Mitchell, said: "Beautiful ❤️."

Jessie and Justin are now set to get hitched after a year together.

The star sparked speculation that she had secretly tied the knot after posting a picture of them looking very loved-up.
Jessie captioned it “my hubby” and her famous pals rushed to tell her how happy they were for her.
However, her rep insisted they hadn’t married with a source adding: “It’s just a term of endearment.”
