James Corden enlists A-list star to ensure he leaves The Late Late Show on a high
JAMES Corden has signed up superstar Tom Cruise to ensure he leaves The Late Late Show on a high.
The British star is planning top fun with the Top Gun actor for his final episodes.
Show insiders say James, 44, and pal Cruise, 60, have “come up with a hilarious skit and send-off package”.
Filming is planned for the coming weeks.
The scenes are set to be aired over the next few months as Corden’s run on the US TV chat show draws to a close.
Cruise’s past escapades with Corden included taking him flying Top Gun-style.

A source said: “James wants a big send-off.
"He wants it to be as memorable as possible and Tom has given him some of his best moments of the show.
“When he put feelers out, Tom was one of the first people to come back and say he would love to do it.
