A FAMOUS X Factor star looked unrecognisable as she posed at the Comedy Awards last night.

That's right, we're talking about the all grown up Diana Vickers.

The singer, now 31, looked incredible in the low-backed gold dress that showed off her slim figure.

The sequinned gown also plunged at the front, and she wore her trademark blonde hair flowing down her back.

The star looked happy and relaxed as she posed for the cameras on the red carpet.

Diana was just 17 when she shot to fame back in 2008 on The X Factor, with Cheryl as her mentor.

She made it to the semi-final, with Alexandra Burke winning the show and JLS coming in second place.

Having sung from the age of 11, she auditioned for The X Factor singing The Blower's Daughter by Damien Rice and regularly performed barefoot during the live shows.

Simon Cowell branded her performance style "Marmite" and her unusual dancing led her to be labelled "The Claw".

But Diana was popular with the public. During the series she also dated fellow contestant, Northern Irish Eoghan Quigg, who came third on the show.

After coming fourth on the series herself, she bagged the lead role in The Rise And Fall Of Little Voice in the West End.

She also released two albums, Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree in 2010, and Music To Make Boys Cry in 2013.

Since then she's appeared in 2014 indie movie The Perfect Wave - about surfing - with Clint Eastwood's son, and a Sky sitcom called Give Out Girls.

Her stage show credits include comedy play The Duck House, and the Rocky Horror Show UK tour.

She also bagged the lead in musical Son Of A Preacher Man, inspired by the Dusty Springfield song of the same name.

Diana unveiled her own fashion line in 2011, released through Very.co.uk.

She was also in a relationship with the lead singer of One Night Only, George Craig - who'd previously dated Emma Watson - from 2011 to 2015.

Diana's also worked with anti-bullying campaigns, and helped raise money for Oxfam and young cancer sufferers.
