X FACTOR star Rebecca Ferguson hid her pregnancy from fans with clever social media posts.

The singer, 36, revealed tonight she and her husband Jonny Hughes have welcomed their first child together.

Rebecca shared a snap of her new arrival with the caption: "Surprise! Turns out I can keep a secret. Born on Valentines Day."

She did not reveal the name or gender of her baby.

Rebecca is already a mum to three kids, Lillie-May, Karl and Arabella, from previous relationships.

As fans rush to congratulate the star they've been left stunned as Rebecca kept her pregnancy under wraps.

She used clever ways to continue posting snaps on her social media without arousing suspicion from her followers.

In one of her most recent posts of her wedding day, Rebecca could be seen holding a bouquet of flowers close to her stomach.

Another snap shows her in a gorgeous green dress - however, she's sitting down with her legs crossed and hands on her belly.

The singer finished as runner up on the ITV singing show The X Factor in 2010, also hadn't been pictured drinking alcohol lately.

Rebecca is already a mum to three kids, Lillie-May, Karl and Arabella, from previous relationships.

Rebecca and Jonny got engaged in January 2022 after being together for seven years.

They wed in December, with Rebecca calling it her "happily ever after".

In a social media post to Jonny back in 2021, she praised how he changed her view on men.

She wrote: "I was too scared to ever date again, then you found me and held my hand through every step of trust,Loved me and my children like they were your own and helped me to grow as a person ..❤ forever grateful 🙏 I ❤ you xxx"
