The actress, 38, has played Trixie Franklin in the popular drama since 2012.
The twelfth series of Call The Midwife premiered last month and is due to wrap up very soon.
Fans of the show are excited to see Helen's character Trixie tie the knot with Matthew Aylward (Olly Rix), after the episode was delayed due to this year's BAFTAs.
During a Q&A on Instagram, Helen opened up about what viewers can expect for the final episode.
When asked to choose three words to describe the finale, Helen said: "Profound, romantic and community.”

She added: "There’s photographic evidence out there that they get hitched and you know, there are a few teething problems along the way.
“There’s a lot of fun to be had with that. We saw the last clip of the show but not the show in its entirety.
“The last show is really beautiful, a beautiful shot of all of the community and Matthew and Trixie, it’s a very special moment I think at the end.”
On Sunday night fans lashed out at the BBC after an epic schedule change.

The long-running BBC favourite regularly airs on a Sunday evening in the 8pm slot but has been booted from the BBC One schedules as they are the BAFTAs instead.
It comes after it was revealed that Call the Midwife has been renewed for two more series.
The period drama follows a group of midwives working in the East End of London in the late 1950s as they cope with the pressures of their everyday lives as well as the changing times, and will now be on air until 2026.
Heidi Thomas, creator and writer of Call The Midwife, said: "I'm overjoyed by the news that the doors of Nonnatus House will be open for a few more years!
"Call The Midwife is the pride and joy of all who work on it, but it's our fantastic, loyal audience that matters most.
"We are a family behind the scenes, on the screen, and in front of the telly, and I'm thrilled that we're all heading into the 1970's together."
Call the Midwife returns February 26 on BBC One at 8pm.
