A PLACE In The Sun's Laura Hamilton had fans in a sweat today as she shared a video of her pumping iron in a bikini on a beach in Dubai.
The TV star, 40, enlisted the help of son Rocco as her spotter, but he wasn't needed as fit Laura put her muscles to work.

Her athletic figure was in great shape as she worked her chest in the blistering Middle Eastern heat.
One impressed follower commented: "My god that body [fire] is all that needs to be said."
Another posted: "Holy moly. I’ve just spat my cornflakes everywhere."
A third said: "Damn you’re looking amazing Laura."

The tough exercise session comes a week after Laura shared a 'frightening' health update after getting her skin professionally examined.
The star admitted that, although she always makes sure wear an SPF 50, she was left stunned by how damaged her skin was from the sun's rays.
Writing about her experience, she posted: "... yesterday morning I went and had a facial scan, and I just want to point out this isn't an ad or an endorsement of any kind.
“It was something that was recommended to me through Obagi.

“They basically scan your face and show you the damage on your skin and sort of the deep damage.
“And I've always been someone who's really mindful of wearing factor 50 sunscreen and looking after my skin, but… Wow, it was frightening.
“And I just want to share these results with you and just remind you no matter what age you are, wear sunscreen.”
She then shared a montage of herself visiting the skin expert, who scanned her face so she could see the areas of her skin that had been damaged.
In the reel, Laura was also shown getting different serums and light therapy treatments for her skin.
Fans were quick to rush to the comments to give their support to Laura - but she has since deleted the post.
