A PLACE in the Sun viewers have expressed their concerns about a house seller on the show, and have issued a warning to the guests on social media.
The Channel 4 show returned, with host Ben Hillman visiting Portugal to meet two house buyers.
Andre and Steve, were on the search for a holiday home - with a budget of over £235,000.
The pair was looking for a detached three or four-bedroom home with a pool or enough land to start a breakfast venture or holiday homes and glamping.
They saw a number of homes before settling on one that was on the market for slightly more than £245,000.
The house checked all the boxes they had in mind, and the couple was especially happy to see that it had a pool and an outdoor space.

With this, they put in a "healthy" offer of £230,000, and it was instantly accepted.
"Did you gather what just happened there? You just got the house," Ben told the couple.
Andre who couldn't believe what Ben just said, responded: "I'm sorry, what?"
Ben repeated himself: "It happened, you got the house! No negotiation!"

Following the acceptance of the offer, viewers quickly took to Twitter to raise a "red-flag" and warn the buyers that they should be concerned.
One wrote: "Agent rather keen to sell there, I'd be worried. Laters peeps."
Another added: "That's a bit strange! I would be concerned."
A third advised: "Make sure you do your checks, because that is a bit offkey!"
"Be careful! Why was the agent quick to sell? Hmmm."
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4.
