Patsy Palmer ‘shaken’ after dramatic Dancing on Ice fall as bosses move to rebuild her confidence
DANCING on Ice bosses are working towards rebuilding EastEnders legend Patsy Palmer's confidence after she suffered a horrifying fall on Sunday's show.
Patsy, best known for her role as Bianca Jackson in the BBC One soap, took a tumble on the ice while dressed as Elphaba for her Wicked inspired routine.
The actress managed to quickly get back to her feet for the ending of her epic performance where she was raised above the ice in a nod to the musical.
Dancing on Ice's creative director Dan Whiston has admitted that Patsy was left 'shaken' following the scary fall on the programme.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Dan said: "We were a bit wicked to poor Patsy Palmer, who spent more hours than any other celebrity in make-up this week, as we had to paint her green.
"It was very entertaining for the rest of the cast watching the transformation and there was a lot of banter backstage.

"Patsy unfortunately took a tumble at the end of her performance and demonstrated nerves of steel when she got back up and finished her routine mid-air."
Dan added: "We may have to rebuild her confidence this week as she was a bit shaken up after the show."
When asked if she was okay following her routine, a defiant Patsy said: "I'm ok, it's life, you fall, you get up, you carry on, it's amazing."
Christopher Dean told her: "My mantra is if you're not falling you're not trying and you were really trying."
But he added: "The stumble brought it [his score] down a little."
Patsy and her partner Matt narrowly managed to avoid elimination after Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton scored lower than her and failed to secure the votes of the public.
After her exit, a very emotional, Michelle - who was partnered with Lukasz Rozycki - said: "I'm gutted. I've loved every second and loved everything I just did there.
"This man has been amazing, I'm so sorry it's been cut short."
