See Kylie Jenner’s rapid construction progress on huge $15M LA plot near mom Kris and sister Khloe Kardashian’s mansions

TAKE a look into the rapid construction of Kylie Jenner’s $15million plot of Los Angeles real estate.

The reality star is building a new mansion between her mom Kris Jenner and her sister Khloe Kardashian’s homes.

New aerial photos captured this week show that the house is well in the process of being built. 

The snaps pictured the foundations and beams which have all been laid for the multistory home.

The new mansion is expected to encompass 18,000 square feet, making it one of the largest homes in the luxurious neighborhood of Calabasas.

When 25-year-old Kylie moves in, she’ll be neighbors with Kris and Khloe.

The momager’s $20million pad boasts eight bedrooms, nine bedrooms, an eight-car garage, and a pool and a spa.

Meanwhile, Khloe resides in an adjacent mansion which she had custom-built from scratch on a $17million plot.

Kylie’s sisters Kim and Kourtney also live nearby, with the Skims boss’s home being the most expensive at $60million.

Kylie’s future pad will be the latest addition to her impressive portfolio of California real estate.

The plot was previously owned by Miley Cyrus, who bought the house that once sat on the land in 2015.

However, the following owner who purchased the plot three years later bulldozed the house.

Kylie’s construction began in November 2021 after it was previously postponed by the pandemic.

HOLME SWEET HOLME

The cosmetics mogul’s current main house is a $36.5million resort-style compound in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles.

Kylie’s pad not only features seven bedrooms and 14 baths, its own movie theatre, and a swimming pool, but also four guest houses, perfect for her supersized extended family.

There's also a chef's kitchen and even a dedicated guard’s house.

She bought the house, which is 19,250 square feet, in 2020 when she was just 22 years old.

Kylie also owns a $12million Cape Cod-style house in the Hidden Hills, which she appears not to be using, and a $13.5million Beverly Hills mansion which she co-owns with Travis Scott.

For nearby vacations, the mom-of-two purchased a $3.25million spec home in Palm Springs which is yet to be built.

SINGLE MOM

Kylie has not shared her move-in date for the new Calabasas home, but when she does take the keys, it’s unlikely to be with her baby daddy, Travis.

Not only have the pair recently split up, according to , but it also emerged that they never lived together long-term during their five-year relationship.

Kylie shares her son, Aire, 11 months, and her daughter, Stormi, four, with the rapper.
