EMMERDALE fans all have the same complaint about David Metcalfe after tonight’s episode.
The failed shopkeeper - who is played by actor Matthew Wolfenden in the ITV soap - snatched his daughter Amba and disappeared after learning she was moving to London with mum Priya.

He was meant to going on an overnight stay to a B&B with a trip to a theme park with his two youngest.
But instead, raging about ex Priya’s impending move away from the village, he changed plans.
Abandoning the B&B plan, he inexplicably rented a cottage last minute and went into hiding.
Instead of spending time with his kids, he then spent most of the time getting them to watch cartoons while he stared at his phone.

Meanwhile back in the village, Priya went out of her mind after discovering David had disappeared.
Eric and Jacob talked her out of calling the police while they tried to find him.
However with no luck it was down to Leyla to track him down.
She managed to find him and confronted him about running away with the kids and no plan, and she got herself locked in a bedroom in return.

David fled and Leyla smashed her way out of the bedroom and headed back to the village.
As Priya lost all patience and began to phone the police to report the kidnap, David returned sheepishly.
And fans are wondering why any of it happened and are sick of David’s behaviour.
One wrote: "Jeez Louise, David will never learn will he?"
A second said: "Did David put the kids in the back of his delivery van."
Another added: "Barely see David with amber now he’s on the run with the poor kid please."
