A Place in the Sun viewers call out ‘deal-breaker’ problem during £45k property tour
A PLACE in the Sun viewers have called out a ‘deal-breaker’ problem during a £45k property tour.
Tuesdays episode of the Channel 4 show saw presenter Craig Rowe meet friends David and Lucy in the Abruzzo region of Italy.
David had £45,000 to spend on an apartment in the area, and Lucy was on hand to help him make the right choice.
As they headed onto a local beach for an initial chat, Craig and David both had scarves on with their jackets, while Lucy had a grey winter coat on.
Her coat matched the colour of the sky at times during the property search, and it got viewers talking at home.
One A Place in the Sun viewer wrote: “‘A place in the cold’ today by the looks of things.”

Another added: “A Place in the Sun they said… it looks freezing where they are”.
A third tweeted: “It’s warmer here!”
As the search continued, another viewer asked: “Was that snow on the roof there?”
Sadly, David was unable to find his dream home and didn’t end up securing any properties.
Viewers were disappointed, with one writing: “Ah well that was a waste of an hour.”
Another tweeted: “TIME WASTER”.
A third added: “Pair of time wasting orange juice thieving swines.”
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4.
