LOVE Island's new code for the Islander's bedroom antics have been revealed.
This evening's episode of the ITV2 saw student Tanya Manhenga, 22, open up to the girls about what happened the night before in bed between her and Shaq Muhammad, 24.
In previous series of Love Island, the sexy singletons have come up with different ways to talk about sex.
Last year, the likes of Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and the rest of the girls used the beauty salon to chat about their bedroom antics, while Love Island 2021 stars used the NVQ level system to describe things.
Tonight Tanya used a 'football' code to tell Olivia Hawkins, 27, Anna-May Robey, 19, Jessie Wynter, 26, Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown, 25, Tanyel Revan, 26, and Lana Jenkins, 25, what she got up to with Shaq under the sheets.
The pair, who have been together since day one, have taken their relationship to the next level.

Tanya told the girls: "Tonight me and Shaq basically had a... let's just call it a football warm-up."
Olivia asked: "Did both players get warm-ups?"
"No, just the one," Tanya replied.
Another Islander asked: "Are you ready to start the game?"
