47 year old Jasmine had been showing Tracey, a semi-retired children's nurse, and her best friend Jackie around five properties on Spain's Costa del Sol.

With a budget of £140,000, the trio set off in search for the perfect place.

During the search, Tracey fell head over heels for a stunning three-bedroom duplex apartment - on the market for £151,695, over her budget.

However, she was left completely in awe of the home and even went to visit it a second time before she and Jackie sat back down with Jasmine to discuss what to do next.

When asked how she felt about the house the second time around, Tracey remarked: "Wonderful, it got even better from room to room."

As Tracey confirmed her plans to put an offer in, Jasmine said: "So, it's on the market for just over £151,500. Have you got an idea of what you'd like to offer?"

"I think there's going to be a few bits and pieces that need doing, so I would actually like to offer £140,000," Tracey replied.

Sadly, the offer was rejected however the owners did say it could be hers for £146,000.

"Would you like to go with that?," Jasmine asked as Tracey bluntly responded: "No, you offer £145,000.

"I know it's £1,000 but that will help me big time."

Jasmine said: "Exactly every little helps, doesn't it?

The trio were then delighted to learn that the owners had accepted the offer and an emotional Jasmine consoled Jackie as she broke down in tears over the good news.

Fans were quick to comment on the outcome of the episode, with one saying: "Despite all the laughing and all the crying actually pleased Tracey found her perfect place."

Another added:  "Laughter & crying good luck to her, nice property. Adios peeps."

While a third penned:  "Awwww very glad for Tracey. I think a lot was riding on finding the perfect property for her and her family. Happy Spanish holidays, Tracey."
