BBC Breakfast’s Jon Kay barks ‘where are you?!’ as Carol Kirkwood ‘disappears’ from screen

BBC BREAKFAST'S Jon Kay barked 'where are you?!' at Carol Kirkwood as she attempted to present the weather today.

Jon and Sally Nugent were on the red sofa this morning as they presented the flagship programme.

Before they brought viewers the latest sports news, the pair threw to the weather bulletin.

Carol Kirkwood was standing by to bring viewers the latest forecast.

"All the sports news coming up in a couple of minutes but first let's go to Carol who has this morning's weather for us," said Sally, 51.

As Carol appeared on the studio monitor, Sally said: "Carol it's foggy again in places."

Jon, 53, attempted to make light of the poor weather by joking with the presenter.

"Where are you Carol, where are you?" he said as she stood in front of an image with dense fog.

Replying to the news anchor, the 60-year-old forecaster said: "I'm in a wee corner in west one."

All three then giggled before Carol got on with the bulletin.

Carol recently dazzled BBC Breakfast viewers in a 'gorgeous' low-cut dress.

While the temperatures were sub-zero in the South but milder in the North, Carol warmed many BBC Breakfast fans' hearts in her pretty ensemble.

The star wore a brown long sleeved dress with white spots on it, and the garment featured a V-neckline.

Carol had her blonde hair styled in loose waves and she received plenty of compliments on social media from her fans.
