SAS: WHO DARES WINS has welcomed 20 new recruits - and a brand new DS in the shape of Chris Oliver.
As the Channel 4 endurance training series heads to Vietnam for the first time, Chris Oliver has joined the team alongside Rudy Reyes and Jason Fox to put the new hopefuls through their paces.
And with his track record, he's already proving to be one of the fiercest staff members yet.
He replaces Navy SEAL Remi Adeleke, who quit the show last year after only one series.
Introducing himself, Oliver explained: "I spent 9 years in Royal Marines conducting military operations including Northern Ireland, Africa and Afghanistan. Served seven years in special forces, specialising in mountain troop."
"There is a chance some of the recruits might think I’m a soft touch," he told the camera. "But it’ll become apparent quite quickly I’m not here to f**k about."
He clearly wasn't either, with the first episode seeing recruits crawling through the jungle terrain, climbing up a waterfall.
But fans couldn't resist all saying the same thing as the 40-year-old made his debut.
"Billy is the new chief also the new DS is hot," noted one.
Even the guys watching was impressed, with one saying: "You just know this Chris fella is tough as f**k"
"Great to see you joining the group Chris….," said another. "Loving you aren’t taking no s**t off any of them either…. Definitely a great addition to them"
Speaking ahead of the show's debut, Oliver said: "I am planning to make the course extremely tough; we only have a short period of time to replicate the extreme pressures and hardship of special forces selection.
"I will keep the recruits in the shock of capture from the minute they meet the DS. The learning curve will be steep and intense, meaning that any recruit who cannot keep the pace is not who we will be looking for and will have their number ripped off."
SAS: Who Dares Wins continues Monday at 9pm on Channel 4.
