A NEW Life in the Sun stars, Colin and Kim have revealed 'two big warnings' to anyone planning to build a life abroad.
The Channel 4 show follows expats as they flee the UK, launch businesses abroad, and build a better life.
The eighth series is well underway with a new group of people setting up their new ventures - from cocktail masterclasses to a boutique B&B, across various locations in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France.
In the episode, the couple revealed that they had sold their property in Essex and bought a 200-year-old old winery for €370,000.
The pair planned to turn their French house into a events space to be hired out for different occasions.
The property boasts six-bedrooms with two reception rooms, a wine cellar, private pool and has 10 acres of land.

Colin and Kim gave two pieces of advice to anyone who is looking to start a venture abroad.
Kim advised anyone to not hang around until you’re "a lot older" - as she shared she wishes was younger when she started the business.
Colin revealed that it's more challenging to start a business abroad during the current economic crisis that's happening in the UK.
The business owner also shared that he knew of people who had failed ventures because of lack of knowledge.

Kim added that anyone looking to start their our own venture needs to research properly before deciding to move.
Colin advised: “You’ve got to have a plan B, if you don’t you could lose quite a lot of money quite quickly.
“I think you’ve just got to do a bit more research than we did, we were fortunate that we could take chances.”
Although when it came to speaking about the leap from the UK to France, it looked as though neither of them had any regrets as they praised their decision.
