Love Island’s Tanyel quits her real job to find fame on ITV show
LOVE Islander Tanyel Revan has given her hairdressing firm the chop ahead of her tilt at fame and fortune.
The crimper ran a company called Tanyelhairsylist Ltd but she’s now had the outfit struck off the register at Companies House.
She signed forms to have the company dissolved and it has ceased trading.
The Londoner now seems determined to plough her efforts into winning the show with a beau she meets in the villa – and has just undergone a £4,500 makeover.
The 26-year-old describes herself as “funny, loud, feisty, charismatic”, and promises to bring “energy” and “confidence” to the villa, meaning that she’s sure to be an exciting addition to the show who might just bring some much-needed drama to proceedings.
Love Island returns to ITV2 tonight with another winter series as brand new host Maya Jama takes over from Laura Whitmore.

Tanyel said ahead of tonight’s blast-off: “I’m hard to get, confident, funny, charismatic, good-looking and happy.
“I’m also a very loyal person, what is there not to love?”
And it she’s also undergone a dramatic transformation ahead of her time in the villa.
The wannabe has undergone filler, permanent make-up and full facial rejuvenation to ensure she will look perfect from every camera angle.
She also confessed to a phobia of milk and cream, wants J-Lo to play her in a movie and fancies Channing Tatum.
Reflecting on her best ever date story, she said: “It’s hard to think of one in particular, but I would say that the best dates have been with my ex. We went on loads of holidays.”
But she can be put off easily and said: “Someone who is tight and stingy, gives me the ick. It makes me feel sick. If you’re tight, I will never see you again in my life, honestly.”
J-Lo would play her in a movie because “she's actually talented and she's beautiful, she’s someone that I look up to”.
And her potential love interests had better watch out when it comes to making her breakfast because she has a phobia of milk and cream touching her.
She said: “I have this weird phobia of certain things touching me, like if it’s something creamy or weird I actually feel like I want to throw up.
“Certain things can’t touch me and I can't share drinks. I don’t like anything milky - if milk touched my skin it would make me feel so sick. I hate it.”
Love Island returns tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
