TikTok star Grace Long took to social media to point out a recurring theme about the property show.

The influencer filmed herself pretending to be a retired couple looking to buy a house.

In the short clip, Grace also took on the role as the host as she re-enacted the moment when the guests decide if they're going to make an offer or not.

The hilarious post sees the couple make a number of excuses why they can't put in an offer - including complaints about the size of the property. and the decision to carry on their research alone.

At the end of the video, the host is left deflated as the couple decide to carry on their research alone.

Grace captioned the video: "Every ending on A Place in the Sun."

Her fans were quick to comment and suggested the guests only want a "free holiday".
