Corrie’s Georgia Taylor and former on-screen love Charlie De Melo walk arm-in-arm after she splits with partner
CORONATION Street star Georgia Taylor has been seen walking arm in arm with her former on-screen love Charlie De Melo following her split from her long term partner.
The Sun told how Georgia, 42, and her boyfriend of 14 years – fellow actor Mark Letheren – secretly ended their romance last year.
A source told The Sun: "The split was in July 2022 and they have both moved out of the home they shared.”
This week Georgia, who is best known for playing Toyah on the ITV soap, reunited with her telly husband Charlie, 33, for a stroll around Manchester.
The pair looked cosy as Georgia linked her arm in Charlie’s and they laughed together, before stopping for a coffee.
Charlie, who played Imran Habeeb for five years, has remained close to Georgia since his character was killed off last year.

In September they were seen looking close enjoying a drink after she supported him on stage.
Their characters – Toyah and solicitor Imran - tied the knot in Corrie last year, despite him fathering a child with Abi Webster (Sally Carman).
When he made the decision to leave the soap, Georgia was devastated and said at the time: “Heartbroken. I absolutely adore him.
“He's been a dream, an absolute dream. He's so funny so we laugh a lot but he is honestly one of the most supportive people I have ever worked with and even now, we're still in touch obviously, he's texting me, 'How did the day go? Are you OK?'

“He's just a team player. And I mean look at him, there's no complaints there either. He's beautiful."
Charlie is currently believed to be single following his split from former co-star Nicola Thorp.
Georgia and her ex Mark were together for 14 year before things ended last year.
Mark alluded to the split, describing 2022 as his “worst year ever”.
He revealed he moved to Cornwall “a few months ago” from Bristol, where he previously lived with Georgia.
Georgia and Mark met and fell in love when they both starred in Casualty together back in 2008.
Georgia has recently spoke about her long-term partner while appearing on ITV's Lorraine, saying "Yeah, we’re actually not married but we practically are because we’ve been together so long."
Describing how they met on Causality, she said: “We met, he was a sort of semi-regular character, he was playing a councillor ironically, which is then what Toyah ended up doing. We met, gosh 13 years ago. So yeah, got him out of the job and lots of friends and it was a really good time."
