Since airing on our screens in 2015, many viewers have been very interested in how much booze the Islanders are allowed to drink.

The former air hostess revealed all on a recent episode of the

Host Sam Hart asked the reality star: "How does the drinking in the villa work?"

Amy said: "So it's definitely one drink in the night and you have to order it in the afternoon. You can have like white wine, red wine, beer.

"I think for every one glass of wine you can get two two beers because they are little cans. That was it. There was no spirits or anything. You could have a glass of prosecco actually. But it's like Spanish prosecco.

"It's one drink and if it's a particularly long night you get a second drink."

The mum-to-be later explained that she supports ITV's decision to give the sexy singletons limited booze.

Amy continued: "I am of the camp that it's a really good idea that you don't have that much to drink because so many rows kicked off in the villa, I'm like imagine that with a skin full of alcohol.

"Everyone goes 'it would be much better, it would be much better' but I just think for you as a viewer, yes, but for the people in it...

"There's enough worry and anxiety when you're in there already without adding hanxiety into the mix.

"So I think it is a very good idea that you only get your one or two drinks."

Amy entered the villa on day one as an original cast member.

The beauty coupled up with Scotsman Anton Danyluk, 28, but by day two realised she had a connection with dancer Curtis Pritchard, 26.

Amy and Curtis were going from strength to strength, but hit a rough patch when the Casa Amor bombshells were brought in.

Curtis confessed to Amy that Joanna Chimonides, 26, and Jourdan Riane, 24, had caught his eye.

Amy - who was going to confess her love to him when they reunited in the main villa - was left heartbroken and decided to leave the villa.

Although the blonde beauty didn't find love in the villa, she's finally found The One with boyfriend Sam.
