EMMERDALE has revealed the heartbreaking moment Kyle Winchester is taken into care.
The killer child shot Al Chapman accidentally after trying to stop a fight between him and his dad Cain Dingle.
Spoiler pictures have revealed the moment he is taken away by the local authority until his confession can be investigated.
Viewers know Cain decided to take the blame for the crime - insisting Kyle pretend that it had never happened.
However guilt got the better of him and Kyle kept trying to confess to the police.
It was only when his newfound uncle Caleb gave him the idea that he needed evidence, that Kyle managed to get through to detectives.

And last night after further questioning, they made a decision to put Kyle into care while the investigation proceeds.
“This is what I was dreading,” said Moira as she put the phone down after hearing the news.
“There will be a hearing at a youth magistrates court in a week or so. He’ll be taken to a local authority children’s home in the meantime.
“The only consolation is that they can’t find a place for him until tomorrow so he’ll have his one last night with us.

“He’s a child. He’s being taken away from his family and we don’t even know for how long.”
Later Cain was furious with his wife for going against his plan and putting Kyle in danger.
“I warned you Moira, I told you you couldn’t trust Caleb,” he raged.
