Love Island fans ‘work out first coupling’ after spotting clue

LOVE Island fans think they have already worked out the first coupling after spotting a clue.

Biomedical student Tanya spilled the beans on who she fancied from previous series, which has led to speculation about who she will pick when the show kicks off in South Africa next week.

Speaking about her type, Tanya admitted she liked Luca Bish because of “his mysterious vibe and tattoos” and Dami Hope.

And fans think they know who she will like off of that, with one person saying: “After reading this from Tanya I think she might couple up with either Ron or Shaq.”

Another added: “She probably will go for Shaq since he's the closest to Dami and got the tats as well.”

Tanya has described herself as the “full package” ahead of going into the villa.

She said: “When I say I do biomedical science they’re like, ‘Oh, a bit of beauty and brains’. I’m like, yeah. I’m the full package.

“But if people want to talk about fun stuff, we can talk about fun stuff.

“If someone wants to talk about something serious, we can talk about something serious.

“I am definitely going to go and finish my degree. I wouldn’t just want to leave it because I’m on a show.”

The new islanders are set to enter the Love Island villa in South Africa on January 16 as new host Maya Jama takes over from Laura Whitmore, who announced she was stepping down in August.

The upcoming series is the show's first winter series since before the coronavirus pandemic.
