Marnie Swindells, born June 1994, is a boxer and businesswoman who hails from London.

In 2023, Marnie joined 18 other hopeful The Apprentice contestants as they worked to secure Lord Alan Sugar's life-changing monetary investment for their businesses.

Her plans to open a unique and fresh boxing gym in the heart of London won over the hearts of the experts and she beat Rochelle Raye Anthony in a nail-biting end result.

Away from the world of business, The Apprentice winner also shares a passion for sport - in particular boxing.

As of February 2024, Marnie boasts over 50,000 fans and followers on the social media platform Instagram - where she’s shared a snap alongside Lord Sugar.

On March 23, 2023, Marnie took to Instagram and posted two smiling photographs alongside the business mogul and wrote: ‘’I've been wracking my brains wondering what to write.

‘’What CAN you write when one of the biggest names in business just chose YOU to be his business partner. I'm nothing but a 28 year old girl with a taste for hard work and some big dreams just trying to make a life for herself different from the one she knew.

‘’I have so much to say, but at the same time, I'm speechless. I feel empowered, but overwhelmed. Confident and terrified in equal measure. All the lines are blurred right now, but if there is one thing I can say with absolute clarity it's this:

What is Marnie Swindells' day job?

When filming for The Apprentice season 17 began in the summer of 2022, Marnie listed her career with the show as "court advocate,’’ however, she has since left this job.

According to her Instagram channel, Marnie Swindells is the owner of Bronx Boxing Club - a fitness centre located in south east London.

Explaining her decision to do this, Marnie told her Instagram followers: "Walking away from a career that I literally tortured myself to get was hard, but you know what's harder?

"Staying in a place when you know you have more to give.

"Don't play it safe, don't get comfortable and don't ever settle for less than what you are capable of.

"Be bold enough to close one chapter, in order to open the next."

Following her TV show win, the businesswoman said she was "so happy" she would be going into business with Lord Sugar.
