A Place In The Sun host Laura Hamilton fights back tears as she’s forced to deliver ‘awful’ news to buyers
A PLACE in the Sun's Laura Hamilton was left on the verge of tears as she had to do something she had 'never done before' on the show.
The blonde beauty had been showing couple Doc and Lucia around the gorgeous Andalusia coast in a bid to find them their perfect property.

In total, Laura showed the pair five properties for their budget of £110,000 on the Channel 4 show.
The pair were impressed with the first property but found the following three to be somewhat of a letdown.
However the tides turned when the pair fell in love with the fifth property they were shown.
It featured a stunning rooftop swimming pool and fitted the bill for everything the pair were hoping for in a dream home and was priced pretty close to budget at £111,000.

After being won over by the home, Doc and Lucia met up with Laura to discuss the steps going forward as they confirmed they wished to put an offer in.
However, Laura then dealt the pair a crushing blow as she revealed some utterly shocking news.
The TV star said: "Now I've got something I need to tell you which is a really, really, awful thing for me to have to do. I've never ever, in my 10 years of being part of this show, had to do this."
She revealed that a family member of the homeowner has been given permission to accept an offer from someone whilst they were visiting the home and had accepted a form of holding payment.

Laura got emotional as she told them the bad news as her voice broke and she brushed her face to avoid any tears.
She added: "I am just so sorry, I am so sorry, God it's awful and I've been sitting here wondering how I break this to you because it's just awful. But things happen for a reason."
However, in a twist of fate, the original offer fell through after a number of weeks and Doc and Lucia were then able to make an offer which was then happily accepted.
