THIS Morning fans were left in hysterics, praising "good sport" Josie Gibson for attempting a Pilates session in a tight fit leather skirt.
Josie, 37, and co-host Dermot O'Leary, 49, were fronting a segment on the exercise method being the "hottest" trend for 2023.
They enlisted the help of Pilates instructor Bryony Deery - who wore a white crop top and leggings - but as the hosts were half way through presenting This Morning - they didn't have time to change.
This meant Josie, who looked stylish in a leather midi skirt, had to contend not only with the tight fabric but also a slit up the front of the garment as she attempted planks, table tops and knee hovers.
During her bridge exercise, she was forced to face the opposite way on her mat to protect her modesty as she mobilised through her spine, lifting her pelvis in the air.
Yet after being struck down with cramp, she was left writhing around on the floor.

Following their workout, Dermot joked: "I couldn't open my eyes as I was getting full-on Gibson," referring to her flashing her tights.
"I wanted to be a gentleman about the whole thing!"
As Josie apologised later in the show, he added: "We didn't have the best choice of outfits - these trousers aren't the most flexible either."
Fans on Twitter were quick to share his giggles, with one writing: "I honestly love Josie on #thismorning … I don’t think anyone could do Pilates in a leather skirt 🤣🤣🤣."

Pilates is an exercise method created by German Joseph Pilates in the 1920s.
It combines the mind and body and focusses on core strength, posture and flexibility.
Pilates can be done on a mat, reformer machine or with specialist Pilates equipment such as a Tower.
