RICHARD Madeley returned to Good Morning Britain today after a month-long break and managed to wind up co-host Susanna Reid.
GMB favourite Susanna, 52, accused Richard of talking over her and snapped: "Can you let me finish?"
Veteran presenter Richard, 66, shared the desk with Susanna on Tuesday morning and they clashed when the conversation turned to more rail strikes.
The show aired a clip of Richard's combative interview with RMT union boss Mick Lynch which aired last month and prompted a wave of Ofcom complaints.
Following the clip, Susanna said: "That was a dispute about when Christmas starts."
Richard jumped in: "Well he was essentially saying..."

His interruption prompted Susanna to snap: "Will you let me finish Richard, will you let me finish?"
She rolled her eyes as Richard said: "No!" and continued with his point.
During the segment, viewers took to Twitter and shared the same complaint, saying Richard couldn't resist talking over Susanna.
One said: "Please remove Richard Madeley he is even arguing with his work partner Susannah Reid on air!"

A second noted: "Suzanna clearly showing Richard is getting on her nerves."
And a third moaned: "Can YOU please tell RICHARD to shut the F up and let people talk! Jesus he loves the sound of his own GOB LET PEOPLE TALK."
However some viewers had missed their on-air sparring and called for Richard's return during his time off last week.
One said on Twitter: "Where's Richard madeley has he been given the boot by gmb not seen him for ages."
Earlier in Tuesday's show Richard revealed he had been struck down over Christmas with the dreaded superbug that has swept the UK.
He told viewers when the programme kicked off at 6am: "I had that [superbug] all Christmas for a month.
"Never had anything like it before. In fact, I’m beginning to wonder if there’s a new strain of Covid going around.
"I took a test every week, it was always negative, but I can’t help thinking that’s what I had."
