Coronation Street fans spot terrifying abuse clue in creepy Mike and Esther’s house
SUMMER Spellman has been making some questionable decisions when it comes to her bond with Mike and Esther.
Coronation Street fans are growing increasingly concerned after spotting one troubling detail in the couple’s home.
The teen, portrayed by Harriet Bibby, has been adamant on helping the pair fulfil their dream of a happy family.
As viewers know, Summer was pregnant when she made a deal with Esther and Mike, agreeing to being their surrogate for a whopping amount of money.
She immediately spent the cash on rehab fees for her boyfriend Aaron’s father – before losing her baby.
When the couple found out after she had kept her miscarriage a secret, Summer was asked to pay back all the money they had given her.
In recent scenes, Summer was seen heading to their home with her wages but Mike and Esther eventually allowed her to stay with them.
Summer woke up to freshly-baked bread and thanked them for their hospitality.
However, fans of the Manchester-based program can’t help but think they’re up to no good.
During last night’s trip to the cobbles, many of them swarmed over to Twitter when they spotted punch marks on Mike and Esther’s fridge.
“Mike and Esther been punching that fridge? State of it!”, one fan penned.
Another echoed: “Anyone else spot the creepy punch marks in Mike and Esther’s fridge? Violence behind closed doors maybe?”
A third soap fan commented: “What’s happened to that fridge door – dents all over the place!”
“Esther and Mike are giving me red flags. I don’t trust them at all,” another viewer wrote.
