Love Island stars Ekin-Su and Davide get ‘engaged’ but fans are very confused
LOVE Island star Davide Sanclimenti has appeared to propose to Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu in Rome as he presented her with a ring - but it was in fact a promise ring.
The Italian hunk , 27, shared a clip as they enjoyed a romantic roof top evening and told fans something “is missing” from her finger – leaving fans very confused.

Ekin-Su, 27, is seen pulling out a £1k Cartier Love ring from a box and placing it on her engagement finger.
However, sources close to the couple insisted they are not engaged and it is simply a ring Ekin had her eye on.
Davide captioned the post: “Our first Christmas together and our first time in Rome together 🥰 …
It was missing something on that hands tho 👀❤️.”

Their fans were very unsure and rushed to comment on it, with one person writing: “Is this an engagement or not?! I can’t tell 😂 mom and dad, help us.”
A second said: “Can I assume its NOT an engagement ring????”
While a third said: “He didn't get down on one knee might be a promise ring?”
Just last month Davide opened up about how he would propose to Ekin, telling us: “I would think about something bigger, something nicer, even though Venice is beautiful.

The glamorous pair rose to fame after winning hit ITV2 show Love Island this summer, and it seems their romance has gone from strength to strength.
The couple were notorious for their villa fallouts, one of which bore Davide’s iconic phrase: “You are a liar, actress, go the f*** out.”
Since the summer, both Ekin and Davide have landed big money fashion deals and advertisements, as well as their very only TV show.
A couple of months ago, Davide asked Ekin if she wanted to move in with him in a grand gesture over dinner, presenting her with a tiramisu.
The pair now live together in London.
